We handle the shopping, prepping, cooking, and delivery — so you can stay consistent, nourished, and on track with ease.

How long do the meals last?

Your meals arrive in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Once delivered:

  • Refrigerated meals: Stay fresh for up to 7 days in the fridge.
  • Frozen items (if applicable): Store up to 3 months for best quality.

For maximum freshness, place your meals in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

Is there any cooking involved?

No cooking needed.

Simply heat, eat, and enjoy— meals are fully prepared and ready in minutes.

When and where do you deliver?

We deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your location and plan.

Order Cutoff:
All new or modified orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST — for delivery the following week.

Subscribers:
You’ll automatically receive a new box every week unless you skip or pause your delivery.

You can modify, skip, or pause anytime before the weekly cutoff.
